Born on February 12th, 1988; Gabriel Diaz has always been an intelligent and innovative character. He showed interest in books before being able to talk, as he would commonly baffle his parents by spending hours staring at a single book, analyzingd page after page. As Gabriel has grown up, his tremendous powers of concentration and attention to detail have stuck with him.
In 1999 at the age of 11, Gabriel began a romance with computer technology when the CD-ROM drive of his families' first computer burned out. He did not want to wait over a week for the computer repair guy to come and fix it so he decided to do it himself. After his first successful computer repair, he repaired every computer problem himself, as well as the computer problems of many family members. He gained experience with every repair, which eventually lead to him opening up his own computer repair business in 2008.
In 2000, Gabe started building websites using free services like Geocities and Angelfire. Besides learning HTML for website building, Gabe also dabbled in C+, Visual Basic, and Flash coding languages. Between ages 12 and 15, he built many websites with many different purposes. He built image galleries, anime fan pages, a site to tell of his adventures in the game world of Jerrath Online, and many more.At age 17, Gabe got his first job with Stater Bros. Markets as a courtesy clerk but also continued his online ventures; taking up Internet Marketing - learning and making a little bit of extra money with online affiliate programs. Between 2005 and 2008, Gabe was promoted to General Merchandise Clerk at Stater Bros. and built around 30 more websites in his spare time.
In January of 2008, Gabriel enrolled into Westwood College Online where he spent a year studying Computer Network Management. Shortly after, he also decided it was time to stop working in grocery and pursue something more relevent to his interests. He left Stater Bros. and got a job at Staples Office Supplies as an Electronics Sales Associate and Computer Technician. Meanwhile, he continued building new websites and trying new ideas to make money online.
A few months later, after seeing that working at Staples was not all it was cracked up to be, Gabe decided it was time to move on. With a very limited number of Information Technology jobs available in the Coachella Valley, he decided to go into business for himself as an Independent Computer Technician. Over the past two years, he has serviced hundreds of clients in both the business and residential sectors all over the Coachella Valley. While working as an independent computer technician, Gabriel picked up many skills that come with running ones own business; such as public relations, accounting, as well as honing his skills in computer and network repair.
From youth to now, Gabriel Diaz has always been a smart and hard worker, running multiple businesses and building over 55 websites by age 22. He likes to get involved with the things he is interested in and pours all of his energy into the tasks and goals at hand. He is currently studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems at College of the Desert and California State University, San Bernardino. With wisdom beyond his years and a wide range of experience, Gabriel has become a jack of all trades who can play many roles. Gabriel is not only a great worker; but also a great advisor and friend who can be trusted.
